A big update ODC WMS layers & styles

Separate layers for images before 2022 and after. Various changes to color schemes to reflect that. Added mask to some layers. Updated descriptions. A seperate layer for SCL added. Added new layer, MSI (moisture index). Removed redundant layers (which are now part of the dropdown menu) And various other minor changes.
