Remove redundant layers. Remove SCL and NDSI from dropdown menu

Remove layers whose styles are now in dropdown_menu, making them redundant. Remove SCL from dropdown_menu, as it now has it's own seperate layer. Remove NDSI because SCL snow class is more useful.
