A new layer for pre 2022 images has been added

Tryggvi M. Sigurjónsson requested to merge tryggvi_pre2022 into master

Sentinel 2 images before 2022, have different values than more recent dates. Thus there is a new layer added which has all the same styles, but the colors have been adjusted accordingly. NDVI, NDWI, NDMI have updated color ranges. Masks have been added to some styles. Prettify json files.
